Which word is correct?

Which words are correct?
Could you tell me how to correctly say the sentence if they are incorrect?
I wouldn't do to you what I (would) do to him.

The show is held in the state that/where the soon to be ex winner is from.

It's toward a year when/where babies start looking like their parents. Before that most baby traits look identical to some extent.
