Which / , which

Hi,

Question:
1) Which sentence is more sensible?
2) Do my opinions correct?

Sentence1:
I have good team working skills which make your company operative more smoothly.
Sentence2:
I have good team working skills, which make your company operative more smoothly.

My opinion:

For sentence1:
"The skills that I have" are the skills that can make your company operate more smoothly.

For sentence2:
Since I have team working skills, I can make your company operate more smoothly.

Both sensible but sentence 2 seem better.

Thanks

Hi,

Yes, you need the versions with 'can'.

However, I recommend simply 'I have good team working skills' or, more naturally, 'I can work well in a team'.

The words are your choice, of course, but to me it seems a little presumptuous of you to contimnue by telling the interviewer that you can improve his company. He may think that his company has done OK
