WHICH WAY TO TURN THE SENTENCE??

How would you say this sentence?

- The train never pulls in right when I get there.
- I never get there right when the train is pulling in./the train pulls in.

ARE THESE SENTENCES OK?

- Will my luggage get taken back to our room.
- This hotel isn't like any other hotel where the cleaning is everyday. Here its once a week.
