Which way of grammar is correct? In question sentence?

Yesterday I met a friend who I hadn’t seen for ages.

a)Had not i seen a friend for ages who i met yesterday?
b)Did i meet a friend yesterday who i had not seen for ages?

P/S I would like to ask a question in past perfect time.

But can you tell me how can I ask a question in the past perfect tense?
With this:
Yesterday I met a friend who I hadn’t seen for ages.

The main verb in that sentence is "met"; "hadn't seen" is part of the subordinate clause. Therefore, yours is a non-question.
