Hi! Which means a choice of 3 or more alternatives as written below. Which one means a choice between two alternatives as written below. Am I correct? Thanks, Fulvio

There is no difference in the use of "which"/"which one" based on these factors.

You can use either of those no matter whether the choice is between two or between more than two alternatives.
