Speech & Pronunciation

Which variant of a sentence is suitable for a song?

Hello native speakers!
Could you tell me please which sentence in a song is correct?
The song is West End girls by Pet Shop Boys:
1)You got a heart of glass or a heart of stone?
2)You've got a heart of glass or a heart of stone?

Please, listen the song and after answer to my question, that's important. (That exact moment at 2:55 min)
Thanks in advance =)
P\S I've found on the internet both versions but I would like to know which variant is suitable for actual song which I mentioned above.

You could have indicated that in the original thread. In future, please do not post the same question more than once.

Englishmaven accurately identifies the grammar and AlpheccaStars's response is very graphic. What do you still not understand?

Indeed that Englishmaven answered, but the thing is which confused me that he wrote "We got..." but it supposed to be "you got...".
