The second one is more elegant and economic, but it needs a verb in the second clause to make it grammatically correct. So, just add the auxilliary verb 'have' and it's fine:

'The new date for the previously postponed concert in Moscow has been confirmed, as have the dates for the concerts in Minsk'.
