And,
Ten cables are composed of thousands of wires made of high-tensile steel, which are galvanized to resist corrosion.
What does eath of the italicized parts of the sentenses modity?
For the first sentence, I mean "deep caves alone or together with green hills.
and for the second, "wires or high-tensile steel"?

PROBABLY "of enchanting beauty" modifies both "hills" and "caves." If not, it would have to be rewritten to avoid confusion. In the second, "which ARE" must refer to "wires" because "steel" needs "is."
