Which to choose, something, anything or everything?

Hi all!
I am having trouble with choosing a word among something, anything and everything. Please tell me which to choose to fill in the blank and why:

...You must listen to your teacher in class. You must speak English to your classmates every day. And also you must write ______ in English. Of course, don't forget to have a good habit of reading...

Thanks in advance Emotion: smile

You could use either 'something' or 'everything', but not 'anything'.

'Everything' also works, but I think it's kind of impossible for a student to write every single phrase in English. I tend to 'something' since it sounds more logical in that context.
