Which text is better.

I am interested which text is easier to read for you:

If a person near you is performing a mental effort, their mindset will automatically intensify your concentration levels.

What is more interesting is, this worked with partners, even if they couldn’t see each other.
Researchers don’t completely understand why this happens.
They speculate that a “more radical hypothesis should also be considered, such as the possibility that effort exertion is influenced by a difference in the scent of someone else exerting high or low effort.”

Or this text:

Thanks for opinion.

What is the difference between the two (I am missing it)? Also, I would not say "performing a mental effort." I would say "making a mental effort" or "performing at a higher mental level."
