Which Term??!

Hey guys, i have a question, the sentence: "He wants to be treated like a star" is that passive infinitive and if yes is passive infinitive = (to) be+ past participle???

i hope you can help me

i thought i can use past participle only for irregular verbs and not for regular, is that true?

and is (to) be+ past participle the same like passive infinitive?

You can use the past participle of any verb to form a passive infinitive. It does not have to be an irregular verb.

(to) be + past participle
is exactly what a passive infinitive is, yes.
