Which tense is correct:

Where do you live, Tom?’’ “In Paris.”

“How long have you lived/have you been living (1) (you/live) in Paris?” “Ten years.”

“Where did you live/had you lived (you/live) (2) before that?” “In Rome.”

“And how long did you live/had you lived (3) (you/live) there?” “four years”.
