Which tense should I use

It's always been something I'm good at.
It's always been something I was good at.
Context: I want to say that I've always been good at, i.e bowling.
Which one is grammatically correct? I'm leaning towards the first one.

It would depend upon whether you are still good at that thing you have always been good at. If you're still good at bowling, for example, then it would be the first one.
