Which tense should I use?

Let's pretend that/ X he didn't do/ does it.

Let's pretend that/ X you didn't/ don't use condtioner.

I wish I wasn't there.

I wish I will/ would see you in the future.

I hope you will/ would like this present.

allowance---- countable/ uncountable?

My mom gives me a lot of allowance/ allowances.

You can use either present of past tense. It all depends on the context.
