Which tense it is?

Hello

Here are two sentences


1. I have never been to space

2.Man has been to space


Which tense it is :- present perfect or present prefect continuous

I'm asking this because been is used with have in present perfect continuous and verb+ing with it.


But here have + been is used together but no ing with verb also i don't know which one is the verb in above sentences
