Which tense is correct?

Which tense is correct please?

Throwing you phone around, you are risking/you risk breaking it.

Put the jacket on as she is demonstrating/as demonstrated.

Is this sentence correct and natural?
We were supposed to get home in 20 minutes but the gps arrival has been pushed back/is being pushed back due to traffic.
