Could you please tell me how to say these naturally?

1 What's the part of town that's nice and packed?/What's the name of the part of town that.../What district in prague is the nicest with the most things to do.
2 You're sweet to think the world revolves around you.
3 Can you find us an apartment to rent?/that we could rent?

4 Once I got my stick shift, I hated automatics/started hating automatics.
