which tense?

Hi Folks,

Just wondering about this sentence that I've written.

What tense is this?

The hotel had been built during a significant time in history.

...had been built....

Is this past perfect?
I know it's not perfect continuous...
I don't know why this is confusing?

Thanks

Thanks Mr M.
I think I got confused because of 'been'.
Looks like I was right though, and yes, I can see it's the passive version.
