Which syllable of the word "okay" to stress?

I looked in the dictionary and the word "okay" has more stress patterns:

1. 'o?'ke?
2. o?'ke?
3. 'o??ke?

My question is, when the word "okay" is used as an adjective do we stress the first or the second syllable of the word, for example:

I'm okay. [??m o?'ke?] or
I'm okay. [??m 'o? ke?]

Which one is correct?

In this case, with the adjective used predicatively, I stress the second syllable. If the adjective comes before the noun (e.g. "It was an okay film") then I stress both syllables roughly equally, or perhaps slightly favour the first.
