Which sounds better/correct

Hi, I would like to know which sentence sounds better for the 2 examples below.

1)
How many times had you changed since graduation as at January 2012?

How many times had you changed as at January 2012 since graduation?

2)
Once every month, I need to attend a meeting.

I need to attend a meeting once every month.

First, can you explain what you mean by 'changed'?

Oops sorry what I meant was:

How many times had you changed job since graduation as at January 2012?

How many times had you changed job as at January 2012 since graduation?

And yes graduation occurred before Jan 2012.

By the way, I am in disagreement with your plural 'jobs'. "How many times did you change jobs..." seems to be a North American English thing.

That sounds that you are referring to the changing of a few dentists not just one. I would use "Did you change (your) dentist last year?" with or without the pronoun. It is weird to me maybe because I was taught BrE.
