Which sounds better, written clearly or clearly written?

The sentence is, "It is extremely important that your name and number are written clearly on the order form." I think it should read clearly written on the order form. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thank you. I would rather use legibly, however, my thoughts are the recipients would understand "clearly written" better. I appreciate your help and suggestions.

I didn't notice that anyone addressed this issue, so I will. "Clearly written" means something slightly different than "written clearly."
If what you wrote is "clearly written" on the form, then it is easily seen--it stands out on the form.
If what you wrote is "written clearly" on the form, then it is easily read--the letters are clear and easy to read.
