Which side of the family...

Clark Kent: (seeing his cousin half-naked) Look, can you just go change? Please?
Now.

Kara: Fine. (She changes in a split of a second)
You said, ''Now.''

Lana: l guess l don't have to ask which side
of the family you come from.
She can tell she's from
his father's side and thus her behaviour is like Clark's?

Yeah but the bottom line is that Lana is implying that
Kara behaves just like Clark, right?

I think Lana means she can tell that Kara's from his birth parents' side, not his adoptive parents' side. Kara has the same super powers as Clark does (because she was able to change so fast).
