Which Shakespeare quote is this meant to be?

I was looking at a pen on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220578377688 It is being sold from China.
The seller, in the description, has placed three quotations: "*Do not , for one repulse , give up the purpose that you resolved to effect .
*The course of true love never did run smooth.
*To be or not to be,that's a question."
The middle one is normal; the last one is funny.
But what's the first one?
