C. When I was in my car, he can't have seen me.

Which ones are correct English, given A,B,C,D?
I think that only B and D are correct English because in sentences B and D, "when I messaged him" and "when I was in the car" belong to "to have been with a girl" and "seen me".
But I think that A and C are wrong because the tenses of when I messaged him" and "when I was in the car" don't match up with "seems" and "can't".
