Which sentences are correct?

Hi,

I'm learning English in Japan.
I wonder which sentences are correct.
I'm sure about 1 & 3.

1 He is thought to be a national hero.
2 He is thought a national hero.
3 He is considered as a national hero.
4 He is thought as a national hero.

I'm confused.

If you want to use "thought", there is also "He is thought of as a national hero."
