Which sentences are correct?

A."I wonder what would be their reaction"
B."I wonder what their reaction would be"

A."I wonder why didn't they come"
B."I wonder why they didn't come"

A."I wonder how much does the shoes cost"
B."I wonder how much the shoes cost"

A."I wonder how will they celebrate it"
B."I wonder how they will celebrate it"

I'm always confused if the verb should be placed before or after the subject when the sentence involves "I wonder + why, how, what, which, etc.".

Thank you
