Which sentences are correct?

0 A person in a forum asked to translate several sentences into English. Here are two variants of translation; we argue and cannot decide which are correct. 02br

00My translation: 02br

001) I've just heard Anne arguing with a/the manager 02br
002) After a computer programme has been written it should be checked by a developer. 02br
003) If I had more spare time I would learn one more foreign language. 02br
004) We would visit you more often if you live closer. 02br

00Another person's variant: 02br
00-=-=-=-=-=-=-= 02br
001. I've just heard Ann arguing with the manager. ??? I've just heard that Ann was arguing with the manager. 02br
002. After a computer program was written, it should be checked by a programmist. 02br
003. If i'd have more freetime, i'd learn one more foreign language. 02br
004. We'd visit you more often if you'd live closer. 02br

00I disagree with him in several points, e.g. in using "would" in conditional clauses in sentences 3 and 4, and with the word "programmist". I think it's a "Runglish" term and another word, e.g. "programmer" or "software developer" should be used. 0-

0 Hello K48. Let's go through all the variants and I'll tell you what they mean to me. You should bear in mind that BrE and AmE have some differences though, so my view of his sentences may not concur with another American. 02br

0 Without the original text some of the subtleties may be lost, but here's what I think the originals were probably trying to say (American English): 02br
02br
00I just heard Ann arguing with the manager. 02br
00After a computer program is written it should be checked by a programmer.* 02br
00If I had more free time, I'd learn another foreign language.
