Which sentence would you use more???

hello, teachers!! this is Ryan from Korea.

Which sentence would you use more in your daily life??
could you tell me the difference between those two sentences if there's any?? thank you in advance!!!

1) Tulips grow in the Netherlands.
2) Tulips are grown in the Netherlands.

1) Tulips grow in the Netherlands. You are simply telling me about flowers. It's a very direct and simple sentence.

I would interpret ' Tulips grow in the Netherlands ' as though tulips don't grow in any other country, which is wrong.

I would interpret sentence 2 as tulips are one of the various flowers grown in the Netherlands.I would rather stick to sentence 2.

But that's just my opinion

It is a little difficult to say, without context.

For instance, "tulips grow" in the first sentence does seem to exclude human agency; but if you add adverbials, it can relate either to cultivated or wild tulips:

1. Tulips grow quite well in sandy soil.

On the other hand, "tulips are grown" always requires a "grower":
