Which sentence sounds the best?

This is a question that I will speak out loud to the recruiter and I have two versions:

How will I be trained?

What will training for the position consist of?

Thanks

I don't see anything particularly odd with either of them. You can consider this as well: What are the areas I will be trained in?

For some jobs, no real training is provided. I assume you already know that in this case training will be offered.
