Which sentence is the correct one?

1) I'm glad that we did something that we could have never done.

2) I'm glad that we did something that we could never done.

3) I'm glad that we were able to do something that we could never done.

4) I'm glad That we were able to do something that we could have never done.

I don't know the context here in; however, I'd try to apply my knowledge, and help you here. To me, sentences 1 & 4 are the only ones that makes sense, not complete sense, though. These would need some trivial corrections as well.

To me, sentences 1 & 4 are the only ones that makes sense, not complete sense, though. These would need some trivial corrections as well.

1. 'that' seems redundant. It'd be good if we omit one of the two 'that'(s). Won't be bad if we omit both. Moreover, I think it should be 'could never
