Which sentence is natural?

"Are they really stupid, or do they just don't care?"

"Are they really so stupid, or do they just don't care?

" "Are they really so stupid, or do they just don't care? " These are all wrong. You can't use both "do" and "don't" as auxiliaries for the same verb ( care ).
