Which sentence is grammatically sound?

"We are still, however, in need of the back-up documentation and explanations for those accounts found to be in arrears, those with term discrepancies, and those with large variances between the payment date and effective date."

or

"We are still, however, in need of the back-up documentation and explanations for those accounts found to be in arrears, have term discrepancies, and have large variances between the payment date and effective date."

For some background information: I am referencing groups of accounts separately. That is, some of the accounts are in arrears, some have term discrepancies, and some have large variances. None of the accounts, individually, have more than one of the issues listed above.

Perhaps they are both written incorrectly. Please advise. Thank you.
