Which sentence is grammatically correct and natural?

The above order was received at our terminal warehouse yesterday, but we received an incorrect item. It was supposed to be a laser TV projector as per our order, but they sent to us a LED monitor. All corresponding shipping documents show that it is a TV projector, but it is a LED monitor.

I think the second one is better. I'd probably write it like this: The above order was received at our terminal warehouse yesterday, but one of the items was sent in error. Our order was for a laser TV projector; however, an LED monitor was delivered to us instead.

I think the second one is better. I'd probably write it like this:

The above order was received at our terminal warehouse yesterday, but one of the items was sent in error. Our order was for a laser TV projector; however, an LED monitor was delivered to us instead. All corresponding shipping documents show that it is a TV projector, but it is an LED monitor.
