Which sentence is grammatically correct and appripriate one?

The supplier is asking for immediate payment as they have already supplied the materials as per our urgent request.

Attached is the invoice from our supplier for material supplied urgently to the project as per our urgent request. Please arrange for the payment as early as possible.

Since the delivery has been completed urgently by the supplier, please arrange for the payment to be paid as per the attached invoice ASAP
