Which sentence is grammatically correct?

The C type plugs are 2 pin while G type plugs are 3 pins.

The difference between C type and G type plugs are 2 pin and 3 pin respectively.

But I suggest this. The C plugs are 2-pin and the G ones are 3-pin.
