Which sentence is grammatically correct?

A. "My main concern when walking up to colleagues to request something, who I am not too familiar with, is whether it is a good time to interrupt them.

B. "My main concern when walking up to colleagues, who I am not too familiar with, to request something is whether it is a good or bad time to interrupt them."
