Which sentence is correct please?

Which of these is correct please? Can you correct the ones that aren't?

I'm scared it would break if I did that.
I would be scared it would break if I did that.

It's too much off hassle to work here.
It's too big a hassle to work here.

It would be faster to carry it out 2 by 2.
It would take less time to carry it out 2 by 2.
