Like if I said,"I have a question which 'is' or 'it is' : is eating burger healthy?"

The more natural way to say this is "I want to know whether eating a burger is healthy."

Or "I have a question: Is eating a burger healthy?"

A- is the only correct answer to my ears. "Which " is a relative pronoun, or the antecedant to "question". So "it" is not needed. In fact, it sounds completely unnatural.

a)I have a question which is .. .

b)I have a question which it is ..
