These are both correct but have different meanings.
"Curvier" means that it has more curves - a greater number of curves.

Like when someone calls me and i tell him wait I'm going to come when "she is done" or "she gets done"?

So there are three people involved:
You - You're talking to someone on the phone
Him - You want him to wait (where he is, not where you are)
You are going to come/go to where he is, but "later."
She - She is doing something, and you and he must wait until she finishes.
Where is she? What is she doing? What does it have to do with you? Why must you wait?
Does he know about her and what she is doing?

She is done; she gets done; she is finished; she gets finished; she finishes - they're all okay, depending on what she's doing.

You're having a casual conversation on the phone.
Presumably "he" understands the situation completely by the time you say, "I'm going to come when she is done." If that's the case, there's no improvement needed.

Sometimes people try to put the whole story into a single sentence, and it becomes very unnatural.
I wondered if perhaps you were looking for a sentence which included more of the information.
