I don't like either sentence. If the meeting was scheduled "on Monday," that means that the scheduling was on Monday, not that the meeting will be on Monday.

It is awkward to say "...has been scheduled to be held."

Please be advised that the coordination meeting has been scheduled for Monday, September 26, 2016, at 9:00 a.m.
