It's OK, but "English level" doesn't strike me as a very common compound noun.

To clarify, the check mark indicates that the member's English proficiency is at the level that would be expected of an educated native speaker. It is not strictly required that he or she actually be a native speaker. We have a couple of members who are non-native, but who have a native-speaker level of English and so have the "Proficient Speaker" check mark. Also, the absence of a check mark does
