Which sentence is correct?

If a woman is surprised to discover another person's presence in a particular place, which sentence would be grammatically correct of these below? Should there be a comma after "You" and also should there be "of" in the sentence?

1) She excaimed, "Oh my! You out of all people!"
2) She excaimed, "Oh my! You, out of all people!"
3) She excaimed, "Oh my! You of all people!"
4) She excaimed, "Oh my! You, of all people!"

Thanks a lot for help!

pinto89a 4) She excaimed, "Oh my! " It's this one. At least it's the one I hear in my part of the world, though I can't exactly hear the comma, of course.
