Which sentence is correct

I want to get a tattoo and it should be grammatically correct .so can u guys help me? Which "tense" is right?
1.Once you start working on your dreams every single thing SEEMS TO BE possible 
2 Once you start working on your dreams every single thing SEEMS possible 
3 Once you start working on your dreams every single thing WILL SEEM possible

Still, I have to ask. Are you sure you want a whole essay written on your body forever? Besides, "working on a dream" doesn't seem very idiomatic. Why not go with something more succinct?
