Which sentence is correct?

They have supplied dinner plate for the replacement of dessert plate supplied in wrong finish in the last delivery. We were supposed to receive dessert plate in white ceramic which would be the replacement for the item delivered wrongly in the last delivery, but they have supplied dinner plate.

Thank you for helping me to fix errors in my sentences. Can I write as follows.

They supplied dinner plate instead of dessert plate on item # 6 on our order. This was replacement for the item delivered in wrong finish in the last delivery, but they supplied totally different item

They sent a supplied dinner plate instead of a dessert plate for item # 6 on our order. This was a replacement for the item desert plate which had the delivered in wrong finish sent in the last delivery.

but they supplied a totally different item. ( I don't understand this part.
