Which sentence is correct?

Is it correct sentence?
It would be great to gain experience in acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships.

Or maybay the following is better one:
It would be great to gain experince in procurement new clients and maintanace existing relationships.

Are both of above sentences correct?

I prevent potential risk so that no one would get hurt.

It sounds a bit stange for me, please ensure me.
