Which sentence is correct?

Hi. Which is correct (not as what someone says but as part of narrative writing)?

1. I wanted good stuff, not bad.

2. I wanted good stuff and not bad.

3. I wanted good stuff and not bad stuff.

And also, would you say having a parenthetical element in a question like the one I wrote above is good writing? Thank you for your help in advance.

3. I wanted good stuff and not bad stuff.

1 and 2 are fine. #3 is not wrong, but is rather emphatic.
