Can you please explain me why it is correct?

1. I can help you learning Russian.

2. I can help you with Russian.

3. I can help you with learning Russian.

After the verb "help" you can use either a bare infinitive or a to-infinitive:

I can help you learn Russian.
I can help you to learn Russian.

A gerund (verb+ing) is not an option with the verb "help."
A gerund is OK with some other verbs:

I remember learning Russian.
I enjoy learning Russian.
I recommend learning Russian.

Well using gerunds and infinitives is always hard for me.
And it is what I have to get over.
