Youth activity started off with a short recap: Hell. Hell is the lowest state of mind in the ten worlds. It is uncontrollable anger and suffering. It is to be in a confined state of hell in which a person is crushed by suffering and unable to take any action. A person in this life condition suffers relentlessly and is constantly worried and troubled.

Neither one is correct. You need "The youth activity". If you make that change, the second one would work. I don't like the first one.
