Which sentence

Hi,

Can I use the following sentence:

1)The outcomes of this research have been three papers.

or I'd better use this one:

2)Three papers have been outcomes of this research.

2)Three papers have been produced by this research.

These are my choices:
1) This research project (has) produced three papers. (Use has if the project is not finished.)
