which sense is it?

Hi,

Please tell me which sense, the countable sense or uncountable sense, the following words, 'philosophy' and 'religion', is being used here. I think those two nouns have both countable and uncountable definitions in the dictionary and according to me, they are confusingly similar.

These are the "countable" meanings – i.e. here, "any particular philosophy", "any particular religion".
